Which materials are the Ekenberg jewllery made of?
All our products are made from sterling silver or 18k solid gold. Some of our pieces are also set with authentic diamonds
The sizing didn’t fit me, can I exchange it?
Absolutely, Reach out to us, and we will help you find the right sizing.
I’m buying it as a gift, but since the 14 day return date expires before they get it, can you extend the date for returns?
Yes, you can reach out to us and we will agree upon what your needs are for extended return dates.
Is it possible to custom order jewellery made of gold plated silver?
Sadly we can’t do that. The layer of gold wears off with time, and therefore we have decided to produce our jewellery of solid 18k gold, for top of the line quality.
Is it possible to order the jewellery in white gold?
Yes, all of our jewellery can be produced in white gold upon request.
I’ve lost one piece of the earrings/Cufflinks, is it possible to order just 1 piece?
Yes, you can! Just contact us, and we will sort it out.
Is it possible to custom order jewellery from you?
Yes, all of our existing products can be customized with diamonds, engraving, sizing. We also can custom make unique pieces per request.
