Shipping

We ship from Norway. Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 working days. The delivery times below apply to items in stock. Made-to-order and personalised pieces take longer; the expected time is shown on the product page.

Shipping costs and delivery times

• Norway: free shipping. Delivery in 2–5 working days after dispatch.
• Rest of the world, orders of NOK 1,000 or more: NOK 249, sent with DHL Express. Delivery in 2–5 working days after dispatch.
• Rest of the world, orders under NOK 1,000: NOK 249, sent by regular international mail. Delivery in 4–10 working days after dispatch.

Outside Norway, prices and shipping are shown in your local currency at checkout.

Customs and import duties

Orders sent with DHL Express (NOK 1,000 or more) include import duties and taxes, so you pay nothing extra on delivery. Orders under NOK 1,000 are sent by regular mail without duties paid; your country may charge import VAT, duties and a handling fee on delivery.

Tracking

You receive an email with a tracking link when your order is dispatched.
