The agreement is binding once we have sent you an order confirmation by email. These terms, your order and our Shipping policy and Return policy make up the agreement.

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Norwegian Cancellation Act. How to cancel, return an item and get a refund is described in our Return policy, which also contains the withdrawal form.
7. Delay
If delivery is delayed and the delay is not your fault, you may withhold payment, demand delivery, cancel the purchase or claim compensation under the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act.
8. Faults and complaints
If an item has a fault, you can complain within 2 years of delivery, or 5 years for items intended to last substantially longer. Contact support@ekenberg.no within a reasonable time after you discover the fault. We pay return shipping for faulty items.
9. Personal data
We process personal data as described in our Privacy policy.
10. Disputes
Contact us first, and we will try to find a solution. If we cannot agree, you can contact the Norwegian Consumer Council (Forbrukerrådet) at forbrukerradet.no for mediation. Norwegian law applies.
