Refund policy

14-day right of withdrawal

You can cancel your purchase without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving your order. Tell us within that time by starting a return at account.ekenberg.no, by using the withdrawal form included with your order, or by emailing support@ekenberg.no with your order number.

Returning the item

Send the item back within 14 days of telling us. Pack it securely so it is not damaged in transit, preferably in its original packaging. You pay the return shipping. Return address:

You may examine the item as you would in a shop. If it has been worn or handled more than needed to examine it, we may reduce the refund by the loss in value.

Refunds

We refund the price of the item and the original shipping cost within 14 days of receiving your cancellation. We may wait to refund until we have received the item. Refunds go to the payment method you used, including Klarna and Vipps. There is no restocking fee.

Want a different size or finish? Start a return at account.ekenberg.no or email us, and we will help you exchange it.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to jewellery made to your specifications, such as custom fjord designs or engraved pieces.

Faulty items and complaints

You have the right to complain about faults under the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act: 2 years from delivery, or 5 years for items intended to last substantially longer. Email support@ekenberg.no with your order number, a photo and a short description. We pay the return shipping for faulty or wrong items.
