In this pendant, the outline of a specific fjord is cut out and given a gentle curve rather than lying flat, adding a subtle depth without losing what makes the shape recognisable, and giving the piece its distinctive character. The curved gold surface beautifully reflects the light as it moves. Handmade in 14k gold at Arven in Bergen, a goldsmith's house founded in 1868, and delivered on a fine gold-plated sterling silver chain, 42 or 45 cm. Prefer solid gold all the way? A 14k gold belcher chain or box chain is available separately.
