RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you want to regret a purchase done with Ekenberg Scandinavia, you send the goods back in complete product packaging within 14 days from the day you receive the goods, and you must include the withdrawal form completely filled out. The return form will be sent together with your goods. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. However, if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. The condition for the return is that the goods has not been in use and that it may be sold as new. All tags need to be in the same condition as when you received the goods and be attached to the items. If the condition of the products appears used, the right of return ceases, and the goods will be shipped back to the customer, and the customer is then held responsible to all new shipment costs. The customer will then receive an invoice with the occurring return shipment-costs.

WARRANTY

If any return of goods regarding warranty claims, please contact post@preikestolendesign.no and include: order number, photo of claim area and description of claim. It covers manufacturing faults only, not from regular use. Promotion and use of withdrawal follows the established Norwegian law. See the Norwegian Consumer Law and the Cancellation Act for more information. Please contact us as soon as possible if you have any reason to be returning your goods to Ekenberg Scandinavia. Return messages from our customers, regarding errors or defects of the products, must be reported to us by writing, email is accepted.

RETURNING THE PRODUCTS

• Fill in the details about the products to be returned on the return form you received with your order
• Pack the product and the return form firmly in the original packaging
• Write the return address on the parcel. Use the address found on the return form. Send the parcel within 14 days after receiving your order.
